Mobile app that is centered around the concept of a virtual user account with the facility to associate services, accounts (e.g. financial, promotional..), and transactions utilizing a user friendly interface

The WalletOn app is free to download and there are no registration fees

Our vision is to enable financial institutions & their partners to collaborate for the purpose of creating mobile financial services to strengthen local communities

You can register through the LOGIN screen by clicking on “Not Registered? Create an Account” when using the mobile app or by clicking “Sign me up!” when using the website. To register you will need to have a valid government issued ID. (e.g. Driver License, Consulate ID, Passport, …). Once you submit your registration to your chosen financial institution, you will get a call from your financial institution indicating that you have been approved or an Email notice that you will need to visit a branch to complete the registration process.

Currently there are two options to load your WalletOn:

  1. Use the App: Request a transfer from your financial institution account to your WalletOn by using the “Load Money” option. Please note that your load will be processed only after your financial institution approves the load. You can check the status of your load by going to the “account” icon and selecting the “transactions” tab.
  2. Go to your nearest financial institution: Speak to a member representative to load the WalletOn by transferring money from your Financial Institutions Account or bring cash.

Note: Limits on how much you can load have been placed by your Financial Institution.

  1. On the right hand side of the LOGIN screen, you will see “forgot your password?” Once you click on this link enter your email or mobile phone number. If you enter in your phone number, you must place the number “1” to indicate the US country code before your telephone number. Once you have entered the required information, the message “A link has been sent to your email account.” will be displayed.
  2. Go to your email account and search for the link sent from info-x@walleton.com , open it, and click on the “Password Reset” link. You can also change your password utilizing your WalletOn profile screen if you have successfully logged in.

A Transaction History will allow you to see all of your Wallet transactions. To see your Transaction History you must go into the Account Tab and click on Wallet. You can filter the transactions by date and transaction type (cancel, revert, load, etc.). You can click on the Detail button to see more information regarding the Transaction ID and any status information.

Remittance History allows you to see all your Remittance transactions. To see your Transaction History you must go into the Account Tab and click on Remittances. You can filter by date to narrow your search. You can click on the Detail button to see more information regarding the Remittance Control Code and Exchange rate.

A Wallet Contact is a person with another WalletOn Account that you can transfer money to. To add a new contact you need a telephone number and your contact must have a WalletOn Account.

A Remittance Contact is a person in the USA or outside of the country that you would like to send money to. It is important to note that the money will go into the recipient’s bank account.

When adding a Remittance Contact, depending on the country and its regulatory rules, you may need to fill more or less information about the Recipient. To add a new Remittance Contact you will need to add his other personal information and select the corresponding destination information of where to send the money.

If you periodically send money to your loved ones, you will find this solution very easy to use. Once you set up your Remittance Contact you can just select them without having to re-enter all of the required information so you will be able to send money to the same person.

Wallet to Wallet transfers (also known as P2P) permits you to transfer money to another person with a WalletOn Account in a safe and easy way. Transfers require you to enter in your password to provide an additional layer of security. Limits on how much you can send and receive have been placed for safety, regulatory purposes and your Financial Institution.

A Remittance is a money transfer to a third party outside or inside the country you reside in. When sending a remittance, you will be displayed the exchange rate, fees, and the final totals of the transaction. Depending on the destination country’s regulation, you will be able to specify the currency and/or agent location for the money the recipient will receive. If you ever need to review the receipt of the Remittance, you can view the details in Remittance History. You can also view the status of the Remittance to see if the money has been received or is waiting at an authorized location for the recipient to retrieve. Limits on how much you can send and receive have been placed for safety, regulatory purposes and your Financial Institution.
